These yogurt pops are essentially a frozen version of our breakfast smoothies. The yogurt adds substance to them and gives them a creamier texture than traditional Popsicles.
Ingredients
8 ounces light vanilla or blueberry yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen blackberries
¾ cup orange juice
Instructions
Blend the yogurt, berries and juice.
Pour the smoothie mixture into the Popsicle molds.
Freeze the yogurt pops for several hours or until hard.
