Though chocolate and avocado seem like an unlikely match, they pair up nicely in this chocolate glaze that is the perfect finishing touch to chocolate avocado cupcakes.
Ingredients
3-4 Tbsp mashed avocado
1½ cups powdered sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla
1-2 Tbsp milk
Instructions
Mix the ingredients together.
Adjust the consistency by adding more milk or powdered sugar.
Spoon on cakes, cupcakes and any other sweet treat.
