White Chocolate Apple Baseballs

These edible baseballs make great party favors and festive baseball team treats.
Ingredients
  • Apples
  • White chocolate or white Wilton candy melts
  • Red Wilton candy melts
Instructions
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the apples.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a deep bowl or glass and while it is still smooth and runny dip the apples in the melted chocolate.
  3. Let the excess chocolate drip off the bottom and then place the apples on a sheet of waxed paper to let the chocolate harden.
  4. Melt the red candy melts in a bowl.
  5. Spoon the melted red chocolate into a Ziploc bag or a frosting piping bag.
  6. Snip off one of the Ziploc bag corners or use a very small piping tip with the frosting bags.
  7. Make the red stitching marks on the apple baseballs, working quickly so that the red chocolate doesn’t harden in the bag.
  8. Let the chocolate on the apples harden.
  9. Serve the apples immediately or store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
