Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

This lightly sweet blueberry frozen yogurt is a refreshing and healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces low-fat blueberry yogurt {such as Activia}
  • 4 ounces plain non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups frozen blueberries
  • ½ - 1 cup low-fat milk {just enough to blend the berries}
  • 1 tsp vanilla, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sugar, to taste
Instructions
  1. Blend the yogurt, blueberries and milk in the blender, adding just enough milk to make it blend into a smoothie.
  2. Stir in the vanilla and sugar to taste.
  3. Churn the smoothie in an ice cream maker.
  4. Serve as soft-serve or freeze the frozen yogurt until it is hardened.
  5. If frozen, let it soften at room temperature for several minutes so that it can be easily scooped.
