Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

- 4 ounces low-fat blueberry yogurt {such as Activia}
- 4 ounces plain non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 cups frozen blueberries
- ½ - 1 cup low-fat milk {just enough to blend the berries}
- 1 tsp vanilla, to taste
- 1 Tbsp sugar, to taste
- Blend the yogurt, blueberries and milk in the blender, adding just enough milk to make it blend into a smoothie.
- Stir in the vanilla and sugar to taste.
- Churn the smoothie in an ice cream maker.
- Serve as soft-serve or freeze the frozen yogurt until it is hardened.
- If frozen, let it soften at room temperature for several minutes so that it can be easily scooped.
