Mango Sorbet

Three simple ingredients yield an easy and refreshing mango fruit sorbet.
  • 4 mangoes (roughly 2 cups sliced mango)
  • 2 Tbsp - ¼ cup water, to consistency
  • 1½ tsp sugar, to taste
  1. Blend the ingredients and let them chill.
  2. Churn them in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Serve immediately as soft sorbet or freeze to allow it to harden completely.
