These Hirten-dill crisps are a super simple and tasty addition to any appetizer spread.
Ingredients
Pita Bread, opened and sliced
Hirten
Dill
Instructions
Open the pita bread and slice them into rounds or wedges.
Place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle them generously with finely-grated Hirten (or Parmesan) cheese.
Sprinkle them with dill.
Broil them with the door open for a few minutes until the cheese melts and the edges of the pita bread are golden brown. Watch them closely so that they don't burn.
Enjoy them while they are warm.
