Red {Berry} Chia Seed Smoothie

This red berry smoothie is naturally bright and the perfect color for Valentine's Day.
  • ½ cup plain non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup apple juice (or red juice), to consistency
  • 2 cups frozen red berries (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, etc)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  1. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Adjust the consistency by adding more juice or more frozen berries.
