Pumpkin Bread

Make this moist pumpkin bread with any combo of pumpkins, squash and other veggie purees.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • ⅔ cups water
  • 2 cups pumpkin purée
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ½ cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Divide the batter evenly between two greased loaf pans.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until the top springs back to the touch and a toothpick comes out clean.
