Pumpkin Bread

- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups sugar
- ⅔ cups water
- 2 cups pumpkin purée
- 4 eggs
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Divide the batter evenly between two greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until the top springs back to the touch and a toothpick comes out clean.
