Use the pepper assortment of your choice to make this cheese dip as spicy as you'd like.
Ingredients
My Grandma’s Cheeseball
  • Approximately 10 pimiento peppers
  • 12-ounce carton low-fat cream cheese
  • 6-ounce tub of blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Chopped walnuts (roughly 1 cup)
Spicy Cheeseball
  • 12-ounce carton low-fat cream cheese
  • 6-ounce tub of blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 1-2 Fresno red peppers, chopped (optional)
  • 1-2 jalapeños (spicy), chopped (optional)
  • 1-2 serranos (very spicy), chopped (optional)
  • 1 habañero (extremely spicy), chopped (optional)
Instructions
My Grandma's Cheeseball
  1. Mix the peppers, cream cheese, blue cheese and garlic powder.
  2. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and roll it in chopped walnuts.
  3. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
Spicy Cheeseball
  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve the spicy cheese dip with crackers and/or bread.
