Fruit Smoothie

Mix and match yogurt, fresh or frozen fruits and fruit juices for a quick and nutritious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces blueberry yogurt (or any other flavor)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2-3 frozen strawberries
  • 2-3 pieces of frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ - ½ cup orange juice or any other fruit juice
Instructions
  1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid for a runnier drink or more frozen fruit/ice for a thicker smoothie.
