Homemade applesauce is easy to make and so much better than the stuff you buy at the store. Plus when you make it yourself you can control how much sugar is added.
Ingredients
Apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
Water
Sugar, to taste
Instructions
Place the apple chunks in a large pot and add roughly ¼-inch of water.
Bring the water to a boil over medium heat and let the apple chunks cook, stirring it occasionally so that the apples don't stick to the pot or burn.
