Homemade Lemonade

Making your own lemonade is easy and allows you to control how much sugar is in it.  You can make a large batch and store it in the refrigerator or make it to order by the glass.  The simple sugar syrup can be made in advance and stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.

This rendition of lemonade is tart but you can add more sugar to taste.  You can also add strawberry-raspberry purée for homemade strawberry-raspberry lemonade or blueberry purée for homemade blueberry lemonade.
