Minnie & Mickey Mouse rainbow cookies added color to the treats table at my son's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse birthday party and dog bone cookies were the perfect way to include Pluto in the festivities. Both cookies were simple, festive additions to the dessert spread.
Rice Krispie treats are such an easy filler for parties and they are always a crowd-pleaser. To fit the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme, I mixed in some Clubhouse-colored M&M's and cut the marshmallow treats out with a Mickey Mouse cookie cutter.
Regardless of their shape, these chocolate chip-banana-oatmeal pancakes will be devoured. The oatmeal and the banana make these pancakes extra tender and the chocolate chips add the perfect amount of sweetness for this special breakfast treat.
Mickey Mouse quesadillas made the perfect mess-free finger food for my son's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse 3rd birthday bash. Cutting Mickey Mouse shapes out of your quesadillas or sandwiches is fun any day!
It's hard to believe that my little Cooper is 3! Three years have sure flown by. To celebrate his birthday we chose the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme because many cartoons come and go but Mickey has been a constant in our household.
