Rice Krispie treats are such an easy filler for parties and they are always a crowd-pleaser. To fit the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme, I mixed in some Clubhouse-colored M&M's and cut the marshmallow treats out with a Mickey Mouse cookie cutter.

Rice Krispie Treats are great for summer parties, barbeques and potlucks because they are quick, easy and always a crowd-pleaser. For the 4th of July I added red and blue M&M's for a fun red, white and blue treat. I cut them into stars and flags to fit the theme.

Kids love these cookies because they are tasty, colorful and full of M&M's. Plus, the addition of the oatmeal gives them a chewy texture and a healthy dose of fiber.
