After making Cookies and Cream Candied Apples my family discovered how much we love the combination of white chocolate and Oreo cookies. When chunks of the coating fell off of the apples I realized how easy it would be to transform the cookies and cream coating into chocolate bark to make a simple decadent treat. The cookies and cream chocolate bark would be an easy addition to your holiday goodie baskets.

This cookies and cream chocolate bark is quick and easy and is a yummy addition to holiday goodie baskets.
Ingredients
- White chocolate
- Oreo cookies, crumbled
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate in a double boiler and heat it over low heat until it is melted, stirring it until it is smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate on waxed paper.
- Press Oreo cookie crumbles into the melted chocolate and let it harden.
- Cut the bark into small squares or break it into pieces.
