Southwest Lasagne

Inspired by Mexican flavors, this non-traditional lasagne recipe is sure to be a hit. And it is easy to throw together on a busy night. Layer in taco meat , black beans, diced chiles or any other ingredients to the casserole.
Ingredients
Mix:
1 16 oz. can refried beans
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
¾ tsp garlic powder
Mix:
2 ½ cups salsa
2 ½ cups water
12 uncooked lasagne noodles
1 cup light sour cream
1 can sliced olives (optional)
¾ chopped green onion (optional)
Grated cheese
In a greased 9×12 pan, layer:
4 uncooked noodles
½ bean mix
4 uncooked noodles
½ bean mix
4 noodles
Pour the salsa mix over the top.
Cover the casserole with foil and cook for 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees.
Top with grated cheese. Brown for five minutes to melt the cheese.
Spread the following ingredients over the cooked casserole:
1 cup light sour cream
1 can sliced olives (optional)
¾ chopped green onion (optional)
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting to allow the casserole to set.
