Rainbow Fruit Skewers
Print This Recipe
I had so much fun with the Rainbow Fruit Pizza that I decided to make rainbow fruit skewers with the leftover fruit that I had. These are so easy to make and are a healthy, refreshing and eye-catching snack. I served them with a side of Tillamook Vanilla Bean yogurt but they would also be great served alone. Melted chocolate and homemade whipped cream are some other yummy dipping options for a more dessert-oriented treat. {Depending on the age of your kids you can serve the fruit “skewer-less” by arranging the rainbow on the plate.}
