Chile de Arbol Salsa

One of our favorite Mexican restaurants makes a salsa out of chiles de Arbol, which has a different spice than the red salsas that you typically find at Mexican restaurants. After many incredible meals at this restaurant, we decided to try to make the chile de Arbol salsa at home. Our recipe is essentially our homemade salsa verde with the addition of chiles de Arbol. You can vary the spice level by adjusting the quantity of chiles.

We incorporate this salsa verde into many of our dishes. Outside of traditional Mexican food, it is also excellent for marinating chopped ham and sausage for breakfast dishes. Make it as spicy (or not spicy) as you would like by adjusting the peppers in the mix.

This cheese ball is a SPICY and addictive cheese spread. Use the peppers of your choice to make this cheese dip as spicy as you'd like. For a red-hot spread, be sure to try the habaƱero pepper version.
