Once I realized how easy it is to make sushi at home, I wanted to try making one of my favorite sushi rolls: Spicy Scallops. To make it appropriate for my toddler I decided to cook the scallops. If you or your kids don’t like spicy foods, you can omit the sriracha sauce.
