Cheeseball
Print This Recipe
My grandma used to make a blue cheese ball rolled in walnuts (served with crackers) for special occasions and holidays. My husband added a kick to it by eliminating the walnuts and using a combination of peppers with a dash of Tabasco sauce. The result is a SPICY and addictive cheese spread. You can use as many or as little peppers as you would like. For a red-hot spread, be sure to try the habañero pepper version. For a tamer spread, try my grandmother’s version. She used canned pimientos and rolled the cheese ball in chopped walnuts.
