The best part about this pie crust is how easy it is to make.  Simply mix the ingredients and pat the dough into the pie pan.  No rolling pins required!

Simply mix the ingredients and pat the dough into the pan. No rolling pins required for this easy pie crust.
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Pat the dough into a pie pan, pressing across the bottom of the pan and up the sides.
  3. Crimp the dough along the edge of the pie for a more finished look.
  4. Fill the pie crust and bake according to the pie's directions.

    Intersesting no rolling therefor less mess. I must try this. I have resorted to store bought to avoid the hassle of rolling in my little kitchen!

    I love the ease of making the pie crust and topping on this recipe! I normally do a crumb crust for apple pies so this was a nice change. I did use olive oil for the crust and it was sooo easy! Thanks for passing this recipe on!
