In the spirit of the 4th of July I layered strawberry, vanilla and blueberry yogurts with homemade granola to create a festive red, white and blue breakfast.

The Rocket pops of my childhood were the inspiration behind these red, white and blue treats but my take on them is a little bit more wholesome with the addition of homemade ice cream and blueberries, raspberries and strawberries instead of sugary colored juices .
