Whether you call these pigs in a blanket, hot diggity dogs, corn dogs or hot dog pops, these chicken sausages baked in buns are a kid and crowd-pleaser. They are perfect for parties and they make a healthy snack or meal.

This pasta dish is similar to my Pizza Pasta and also closely resembles a traditional lasagna with the ricotta cheese. The simple Italian flavors come together quickly to make a sophisticated meal.

Pizza pockets are easy to make at home. My family liked the sausage & mushroom-filled pockets and the spinach & three cheese-filled pockets but you could use whatever filling you want.

This sandwich is easy to make and it's a great way to use leftover pizza ingredients. I love the fact that my family devours tomatoes (in the sauce) and spinach (in the homemade chicken sausage) without thinking twice.

This is a great sausage for pizzas and pasta. By finely chopping the spinach and cooking it in the sausage, my son (along with the rest of us) consumes healthy leafy greens without even noticing!

This pasta dish is sneaky because it disguises healthy veggies and makes them appealing to kids (and adults). There is nothing more satisfying than watching your child scarf down spinach and tomatoes... and ask for seconds!
