Wild Blackberry Pie

I love this pie during summer and I love this pie during winter (when I’m dreaming of summer). The “little wild blackberries” are the perfect combination of tart and sweet. If you don’t have wild Pacific blackberries you can use the berry of your choice.

Spinach-Feta-Bacon Frittata (or Spanish Tortilla)

Frittatas and Spanish tortillas are very similar. A common version of the tortilla espaƱola is made with a simple combination of eggs and potato. In this rendition, I added spinach, feta cheese, bacon and red bell pepper.

For every banana split recipe submitted by a Featured Publisher, Foodbuzz will donate $50 to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (up to $5,000). What a great excuse to make a banana split! In my rendition of this classic sundae, a chocolate- and coconut-covered banana sandwiches three scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, Heath toffee chocolate sauce, shredded coconut, whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

Homemade Cocktail Sauce

This homemade version of cocktail sauce is great for crab or shrimp cocktail. I love the kick from the horseradish but if you don’t like spice you can reduce the amount of horseradish or omit it altogether.
